- I have been a special education administrator for 24 years now, dealing with Deaf and blind and multiply disabled students. I have been the Assistant Superintendent at Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf for 14 years. I travel from Manhattan to LI on a daily basis - getting the best of both worlds - 86 acre campus and Upper East Side of Manhattan.
